I really liked how it looked when I first saw it, and it’s still cute, but the quality just wasn’t quite there. The stitching had a few loose threads and the fabric felt thinner than I thought it would, like, I was expecting it to feel a bit more sturdy, especially for the price. It’s not terrible, but I’m not sure it’ll hold up that well over time

I ordered a knit hat and a sweater from French Knot because they looked so cozy in the pictures, and I really wanted a couple of cute winter pieces.
They are soft and look nice in person, but they just aren’t as warm as I expected. I wore them on a cold morning and could still feel the wind coming through, which was disappointing and feels preventable if the product details were clearer about how lightweight they are.
Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any issues there. I just expected more warmth for the price, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them again for actual winter clothing.

I ordered from frenchknot.com the delivery part was frustrating. The tracking barely moved for days, which made it feel like they were just trying to keep things vague until the package finally showed up. My order did arrive in the end, and the items themselves were fine, but the late delivery and lack of clear updates definitely annoyed me.

The site does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s just a bit clunky in spots and not the smoothest to use. Weirdly, I remember the loading icon more than anything else because it felt like I kept staring at it. Overall, it’s okay.

I’ve been browsing through the designs and some of them are really and cozy-looking. The colors are nice too. A few are a little too busy for my taste though, so I don’t love every single one?! Still fun to look through, just not always totally my style.

My first impression of frenchknot.com was kind of disappointing. I spent a while browsing and found a few things I really liked, but almost every color or size I wanted was out of stock. It got frustrating fast, especially after taking the time to look through everything. I just wish the site was better about updating inventory or not showing options you can’t actually buy

The package showed up after about a few days, but the box was kind of crushed on one side. I’d say it was maybe a 6 out of 10 for packaging. The item itself seemed fine, but the box definitely could’ve been packed a little better.
